This office space is built to be rentable to the clients that want open their business in this business center office. The building design supports two kinds level of informal area. That are the public level and individual or private office. The recreational area with informal meeting room are located in the ground floor. The cooling system in this business center building does not use the air conditioning system such as in common building. But the passive cooling system is used to replace the conventional cooling system in this building.
