NIK Office Building is an architecture project which was completed at September 2010 by Atelier Thomas Pucher + Bramberger. This modern office building takes a location at Graz, Austria. NIK Office building is located at the center point of a minimalist and green square by the side of river Mur. The site topography has simple and sculptural form so the building is designed as a composition of golden cube. The modern office project which has 1,400 m2 of gross floor area is presented in a culmination of building complex as well as careful design process that responses to the building design complicated planning and also monetary considerations.

The design challenge of this architecture project is how increasing the floors volumes and at the same way creating the new office building as possible as light for resting 1980s underground parking garage underneath. So the solution comes up by presenting lightweight construction by harnessing complex distributor grid beneath.
