This house building is called Infill house. It is presented by studioMAS Architecture & Urban Design. This residential building took a location on the slope of Signal Hill that is situated on Bantry Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. The house was built on a surface that has amazing views of the mountain. According to the client requirement, Infill house is presented in simple design and it is focused as the house that provides any functionalities for better live inside. The exterior looks clear and natural, which adds a unique value to the house. The house is built magnificently so that it is quite suitable with landscape.

double long box arrangement
The house that is finished in 2007 has double long box arrangement that is situated surround courtyard. The box is connected by a circulation block of modular exposed concrete. The sea panorama can be enjoyed through wide entrance hall that is completed by a top-lit stairway down to the two lower space.
