It is given a name house at Hillside. This house design comes as a half a century old single storey terrace with an attic. This home design is located in the huge residential zone with a plot ratio of 14. It comes to be en-bloc in a few years’ time. this home design is built in a small nuclear family occupant consisting of the couple, 2 pre-school kids and a domestic helper. The concept of this house design is by designing 3 main agendas. The first agenda is retrofitting to be cost effective. The second is the agenda to be sustainable design. and the last agenda is an agenda to create a symbiosis of Art and design. this house design comes with lower budget. It also demilish the front and rear walls of the living room in its design. this home design is also designed with good cross ventilation across the length of the house. It is completed with air conditioning unit to work more efficiently as the act as air envelops.
