It is completed with 15-story office tower and 10,200 m2 of floor area. this floor area is functioned as a tower prototype in an urban environment. It is completed with a wide main street and pedestrian traffic on one side and low density, low rise residential urban fabric on the other side. The advantage of this great tower is on the fact that the tower confronts low rise, on the southern side, and urban fabric. It is completed with an outdoor space for each office unit. This tower is also completed wioth a variety of trees that will be planted in the 32 outdoor gardens. These 32 trees will give the users fresh air every day and every time they breath.
