Including the main elements of this project are 35 comfortable apartment buildings which are designed in two rooms until four rooms, retail areas which house the southern edge of the site, community areas such as workshops space, greenhouse as well as studios. Between the houses is located by a productive landscape of communal and private parts. The small environment impact is also included as the plan of design, for this purpose has been used the Passivhaus standard to ensure a zero-energy development. The building is designed in such way for ensuring maximal solar energy and reducing the impact of cold northerly winds.
