This cozy house building is built in two level floor. The ground floor is housed by two sleeping suits, a guest area that is designed overlooks to the north side with access way to the shallow on the courtyard space at the exterior area. On the north side inside this level is situated a master bedroom.

For constructing the structure of this cozy Urban Courtyard Residence, the team designed use insulated panels (SIPs) and light gauge steel framing. Some major material is also used on this fabulous house building such as white precast concrete panels, green tint clear glass, translucent glass and reclaimed ebonized timber.
