When we accepted the invitation to solve a house in a 60º-sloped area, without interesting sights and access through the lower level, we opted to cut the space as much as necessary in order to achieve a safe building and design a home with exclusively frontal views. The rear bedrooms received light from the backyard. In order to achieve this, we projected an apparent adobe-colored concrete wall that transforms into a ceiling, embracing the central hall.

In addition, we lightly interposed volumes and used neutral and warm colors. In the upper floor, the windows are strategically designed by means of visual effects, offering the necessary privacy. The lower level façade was freed of walls, in order to incorporate as much as possible of it into the garden. The main façade, on the other hand, was solved sober and unpretentiously, integrating an elevator to the access staircase without compromising the program.
