Ti is also transforming into a center of art and creativity in a rapid way. The advantage of this economical building is on the innovative response of what a modest retail building could be. It is also built in a selective materials and technologies in high consideration. The special part of this building is on a dynamic expression of purpose within that is created by the position of the facade panels. It consists of a steel frame clad in a double layered skin. This building is also completed with inner layer that is shimmering light gauge stainless steel.
