This comfortable private dwelling is designed with unique facade faces to the east side, offering direct view of amazing seascape. While the breakwater wall itself is added to hide the shore, because that EASTERN Design Office elevated the single-roomed structure in order the sea could be enjoyed from this immovable barrier.

The project plan of this house building is focused on the developing two main elements. The left corner beside room is constructed installed a ‘reclining wave-viewing wooden lounge’, while the V-shaped walls is designed in open plan by an arrangement of slits.
