Nagasaki Bay is the place that is chosen for this project. This location is near with Dejima Island, a historical site that is known as foreign trading transaction during 250 years of Edo period.

The design of AIG building is designed to be fixed with the typography of site. Therefore it is designed in rectangular shape with 120 x 40 meter dimension. The structure of building is created in two elements. South and North, where between these element, there is a buffer with an entrance hall. The north is designed in 4 floors of long, and it is correlated across the canal to the heigh’s new museum. The part of south wing measures 5 floors.

The 1st floor untuk 4th floor is used as common office space. But the 5th floor has different function. The employees can use the 5th floor for doing any relaxation or meeting. The roof of 4th floor is made from wood that create attractive visual platform when overlooking the bay and city.
